It seems as it is always a good idea to expand the dist.list when making a meeting request. We have noticed that in Outlook 2003 if you send a meeting request to a dist.list and later on make some updates and then expand the list before sending it again (in order to check so that no one is occupied), outlook first sends a cancelation of the meeting and then the update. This is no problem if your colleagues dont click the &#039;Remove from calender&#039; button, if they do then the update cannot find a meeting to update.</description>
