		<description>I just tried to do this today with a Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-bit) VM running on vSphere and kept getting the following error when running:

     extpart c: 10245

The error was:

     Unable to connect to C: or it does not exist

Based on some other postings it was recommended to reboot into Safe Mode (I had to use Safe Mode with Network to be able to authenticate on my particular server) and extpart then worked perfectly.</description>
